Crazy, crazy, these things
We call true, fun, real
Why can't my heart sing
And tell you how I feel?

It's crazy, this feeling
We describe as longing one another
But this picture keeps reeling
The same footage over and over

A strange, strange thing
With natures not like habits
Everybody wants that ring
Their chance to find and grab it

To hold it close
To never let go
Much like the pretty roses
Outside the windows

How people find this
I do not know
I always aim to miss
Never to come close

I only want to cherish and hold
But most do not agree
All their hearts are ice cold
And they cannot see

Never will they understand
Or really see me for me
Never will they take my hand
Or come without a fee

They say all's fair in love and war
But I do not agree
I believe we're all aware
That war police roam, but there's no LOVE police

So here I am, falling again
Why, oh why can't he see?
And once again the cycle begins
He is not in love with me.
Ah, just a poem I wrote a while ago about a boy. Fun.
